Botox typically lasts 3–4 months for most clients. Some may notice results wearing off closer to 2.5 months, while others can maintain results for up to 4–5 months depending on metabolism, muscle strength, and treatment area.
With consistent treatments, many clients find their results last longer over time as the muscles become trained to relax.

Dermal filler can last anywhere from 6–12 months, and in some cases up to 18 months, depending on the type of filler used, the area treated, and your body’s metabolism.
Lips tend to metabolize filler faster (closer to 6–9 months), while areas like the cheeks or jawline may last longer.
