All treatments are tailored to your goals and guided by clinical expertise.

  • No. Revyve is a private-pay medical aesthetics and wellness practice. This allows us to offer personalized care, premium products, and flexible treatment plans without insurance limitations.

  • Yes. All clients receive detailed pre- and post-care instructions specific to their treatment to ensure safety, optimal results, and a smooth recovery process.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash and cherry payment plans for services. Payment is due at your appointment.

  • General pricing is available online; however, final pricing is determined during your consultation based on your treatment plan, anatomy, and goals. This ensures transparency and personalized care.

  • Consultation fees vary by service. Some consultations may be applied toward treatment if services are performed. Please refer to our booking page for current consultation details.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a 50% fee, as appointment times are reserved specifically for you.

  • Appointments can be scheduled online through our Boulevard booking platform, which allows you to view availability and book services at your convenience
