These guidelines help us maintain a welcoming, respectful environment—allowing our team to focus on what matters most: delivering outstanding results.

What to expect at your appointment

Prep for Your Glow
While our treatment rooms are meticulously cleaned, we kindly ask that you arrive with a fresh face—makeup-free and ready for your service. This helps us ensure the cleanest, most effective treatment possible.

Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards and cash. For your convenience, flexible financing is available through Cherry to make self-care even more accessible.

Cancellations
We understand life happens. To respect your time and ours, we kindly request 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Running Late?
If you're running behind, please let us know as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling, accompanied by a 50% late cancellation fee. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you while maintaining the quality of care for all our clients.

Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of aesthetic treatments, we do not offer refunds. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your results, please reach out—we're here to make it right.

Guest Policy
To maintain a calm and luxurious environment, we ask that children not attend appointments. One additional adult guest is welcome, provided they are not receiving services themselves.
